How to reset Wifi in case of an outage

Locate Switch Box

The switch box is inside the control cabinet on the right hand side above the induction cooktop.

Reset using Switch #8

  1. Locate safety switch 8 in the electrical switch box.

  2. Switch the safety switch off and wait for two minutes

  3. Switch the safety switch on again

This will reset all modems and connections to the NBN optical fibre link. Please wait several minutes for the connection to be restored.
